'Bondaze'

This tutorial is the first of the Boa Method series. When I was creating this choreography, the music inspired a wild-like, fierce and sensual theme which I followed with a mix of sharp and flowy movements.

This video will guide you through a step-by-step, well detailed tutorial of the full Bondaze choreography. The choreo can be learned by any level of student, as I give easier variations for the more advanced moves. However, when added to the music, the choreography is very fast and dynamic which can be a fun challenge!
